Stop small cracks from
becoming big bills.
Concrete repair, sealing, resurfacing, leveling and section replacement across Sioux Falls, so the concrete you already own lasts as long as it should.
Repair it right, or replace
only what failed
Not every worn slab needs a full tear-out. Cracks can be routed and sealed, scaled surfaces resurfaced, settled sections leveled, and isolated failures cut out and repoured to match the surrounding concrete. We tell you honestly which repair makes sense and when replacement is actually the cheaper long-term call.
Water is the enemy. Sealed joints and a sound surface keep moisture out of the slab and the base under it, which is what stops the freeze-thaw cycle from turning hairline cracks into heaved, crumbling sections.
We repair driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps, garage floors and commercial flatwork, and we handle trip-hazard sidewalk sections that need to meet city requirements.
What this service covers
- Crack routing and sealing
- Resurfacing for scaled or spalled slabs
- Leveling for settled sections
- Cut-out and replacement of failed sections
- Joint sealing and protective sealers
- Trip-hazard sidewalk repair
Maintenance that
pays for itself
A few hundred dollars of sealing and joint work can add years to a driveway that would otherwise need full replacement. The trick is acting while the damage is still cosmetic, before water gets under the slab and the winter does the rest.
If you are not sure which side of that line your concrete is on, have us look at it. The estimate is free, and we would rather sell you a repair today than a replacement you did not need to face for another decade.

Questions we hear a lot
Can cracked concrete be repaired, or does it need replacement?
Hairline and stable cracks can usually be routed and sealed. Wide, heaving or spiderwebbed cracking usually means the base has failed and replacement is the better investment. We assess it honestly on site.
What is concrete spalling and can it be fixed?
Spalling is surface flaking, often from deicer and freeze-thaw exposure. Depending on depth, resurfacing can restore the slab. Severe spalling may call for section replacement.
How often should exterior concrete be sealed?
Every two to three years for most exterior slabs in our climate, and more attentively for colored or stamped work. Sealing is quick, affordable and one of the best returns in concrete maintenance.
My sidewalk was flagged as a trip hazard. Can you help?
Yes. We repair or replace flagged sidewalk sections to meet requirements, and we coordinate the details so the fix is done once and done right.
