The look of stone.
The strength of concrete.
Stamped and decorative concrete for patios, walkways and pool decks across Sioux Falls: the beauty of slate, cobblestone or wood plank at a fraction of the natural-material price.
Decorative concrete,
done by hand
Stamped concrete is equal parts craft and timing. Color is worked into the mix, release agents add depth and shadow, and textured stamps are pressed by hand while the slab is at exactly the right stage of set. Get the timing wrong and the pattern is shallow and fake-looking. Our finishers have stamped for years, and it shows.
Popular looks in the Sioux Falls area include ashlar slate, random stone, cobblestone and wood plank, in earth tones that complement your siding and landscaping. We bring pattern and color samples to your estimate so you can see real combinations, not catalog guesses.
Every decorative pour is sealed on completion, which locks in the color, deepens the finish and protects against deicer and UV fading.

Stamped concrete vs.
pavers and natural stone
Natural stone and pavers carry premium prices and, in our freeze-thaw climate, ongoing maintenance: shifting, settling and weedy joints. Stamped concrete gives you the same visual character in a single engineered slab that stays put.
It is also one of the highest-impact upgrades per dollar you can make to a backyard or entry. A stamped patio or front walk changes the entire feel of a home, and buyers notice.

Questions we hear a lot
How much does stamped concrete cost compared to plain concrete?
Stamped work costs more than a broom finish because of the added color, materials and skilled labor, but it typically comes in well under natural stone or quality pavers for the same footprint. We quote both options if you are deciding.
Will the color fade?
Integral color is part of the concrete itself, so it will not peel or wear off. Resealing every two to three years keeps the finish rich and protects against UV and deicer exposure.
Is stamped concrete slippery?
Texture from the stamping provides grip, and we can add a slip-resistant additive to the sealer for pool decks and shaded areas.
Can you stamp over my existing patio?
Stamping requires fresh concrete. For existing slabs in good shape, decorative overlay systems exist, but in most cases a tear-out and repour delivers a far better long-term result. We will tell you straight which one your slab needs.
