Patios built for
grilling season.
Custom concrete patios, steps and walkways across the Sioux Falls area, designed around your furniture, your grill and the way your family actually uses the backyard.
Outdoor living,
poured to last
A good patio starts with a conversation, not a form. Where does the sun hit in the evening? Where does the grill go? Do you want room for a table of eight or a quiet corner with two chairs? We plan the size, shape and elevation around those answers, then pour a slab that holds up for decades.
Patios pair naturally with steps, walkways, stoops and fire pit pads, and we often pour them together so grades, joints and finishes match. Choose a classic broom finish, exposed aggregate texture, or step up to stamped and colored concrete for a stone or wood-plank look.
Like everything we pour, patios get real base prep and drainage-aware grading, so water sheds away from your foundation instead of pooling at your back door.

Concrete vs. pavers
for a Sioux Falls backyard
Pavers look great on day one, but in this climate frost heave shifts them, joints grow weeds, and re-leveling becomes a recurring weekend chore. A properly poured concrete patio stays a single, solid plane through freeze and thaw, with joints placed where we plan them.
If you love the paver look, stamped concrete gives you the pattern and color of stone or brick with the strength of a monolithic slab. One surface, sealed and low-maintenance, at a fraction of the cost of natural materials.

Questions we hear a lot
What patio finish should I choose?
Broom finish is the classic, budget-friendly choice with great traction. Exposed aggregate adds texture and hides wear. Stamped concrete delivers a decorative stone, slate or wood look. We bring examples to your estimate.
How soon can we use a new patio?
Furniture and foot traffic are usually fine within a couple of days. Give the slab about a week before rolling anything heavy onto it. We will walk you through care for the first month.
Can you match a new patio to my existing concrete?
We can tie new work into existing slabs with matching finish and joint layout. Exact color match on aged concrete is never perfect, and we will be honest about what to expect.
Do patios need to be sealed?
Sealing is optional for broom-finish patios but strongly recommended for stamped and colored concrete, typically every two to three years, to protect the color and surface.
